All in-person and live stream course cancellations will be processed as follows:
1. Refund Structure:
You will be eligible for a refund less an administrative fee of $50.00 if you cancel a minimum of 14 days before the course date. If you cancel between 1 and 13 days prior to the course date, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the course fee paid.
2. Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, simply submit a written request to hello@cuppingpro.com. We understand that reasons for requesting a refund may vary, and therefore, no explanation is necessary. Our team will promptly acknowledge your request and guide you through the next steps.
3. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method you used when enrolling in the course. In the rare event that the original payment method was cash, we will work closely with you to establish an alternative refund method that is convenient for both parties.
4. Denial of Refund:
While we strive to accommodate your needs, it's important to note that there are specific circumstances under which a refund request may be denied. These circumstances include instances where a student is asked to leave the course due to inappropriate behavior, unauthorized sharing of course materials, damage to course property, or any form of slander directed towards Cupping Pro.

You have 30 days after receiving your products to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For the first instance of a missed payment, no late fee will be imposed. However, for subsequent missed payments, an administrative late fee of $49 will be applied.

4. Addressing Missed Payments:

5. Resuming the Payment Plan:
We understand that circumstances can evolve, and sometimes delays can be rectified. If a missed payment is rectified within 5 days of the original due date, accompanied by the applicable late fee, your payment plan will seamlessly resume its scheduled progression.
6. Course Access and Enrollment:
To ensure a consistent experience for all participants, please be aware that access to the enrolled course will be temporarily suspended the day following a missed payment. Should a missed payment remain unresolved after 5 days, course enrollment may be subject to cancellation with no refund.
7. Circumstances Leading to Cancellation:
As we strive to maintain a supportive and respectful learning environment, it is important to highlight that persistent failure to rectify missed payments within 5 days may lead to the cancellation of your course enrollment with no refund.
8. Impact on Remaining Payments:
Your commitment to adhering to the payment schedule is integral to the success of your learning journey. If a missed payment is promptly resolved within 5 days, along with the associated late fee, your remaining payment schedule will remain unaffected. However, in cases where the missed payment remains unresolved, the remaining payment amounts may be subject to cancellation. In such instances, the full course fee will become due immediately, or your course enrollment may be canceled with no refund.
